We are young professionals and wanted the convenience of having a place within walking distance to the beach but also have the luxury with out paying a high price. We had been to Pensacola beach once and stayed in a place that was on the mainland. We chose it because it was cheaper than the majority of the other condos in the area. My friends and I rented this condo for a girl's trip for four days.
